My email with a premium duo account has been disabled, and I forgot the password to change it.

Premium Duo

Samsung A30

 

I signed the Premium Duo account with an email that was disabled. I do not remember the password for this account and I have no way to change it, since to do this, I would need to access my email. I was wondering if it is possible to transfer my Premium Duo to my other email, which is activated. I hope someone can help me

It is indeed possible to transfer data from one account to another.

In such case, you'll need to have access to both accounts.

 

If you're having issues logging in to your account, please try the following steps provided on this help page.

 

However, if you've lost access to your email, feel free to follow the instructions under "Don't have access to your account's email?".
