Reactivating Student Account

My premium membership was stopped as thedebit card i was using was stolen and consequently my last due payment wasn't processed as i had put a stopon the card.

Now when i try to re-register using the nus extra discount i am being told that it can not be used as that discount has been redeemed already.

I have only been subscribed for a couple of months so is there anyway i can just pick up where i left off???
