Recover account

So I had a Spotify account that was associated with my facebook. I deleted my Facebook awhile ago but never set up my Spotify account as it’s own account. When it came around to pay my bill it paid for an account that was under my email (it created a new Spotify account) because I guess the old one never had my email on it so now I can’t figure out how to recover all that music I had on my old account. I have access to the new account though just none of my music
