Recover your lost playlists!

I had a Spotify account linked to an old facebook account.  Without saving my playlists I deleted my Facebook account therefore forcing me to sign up again.  Can I get those playlists back?

I have transferred the playlists from the old FB account linked to sparker781.  They should now be available for you to use.  Let me know if I missed any.

I signed on to spotify to find all my music playlists gone. Can you please help me find a way to retrieve the few hundred songs already saved ?

Hi @purplbb . It sounds like you may have signed in with a username instead of your facebook credentials (email address) or the other way around. Have you tried logging out and back in?

tried logging out and using mine, or my wifes , facebook sign ins(originally set to hers). Still no playlists. Thanks for replying and I hope you have a different idea for me to use (LOL)

@purplbb - Sounds like the support guys might need to lend a hand to track down your account. If you drop them an email directly using the online contact form including any email addresses you may have used to create the account they can quickly have a search for it for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have same issue.  I wanted to deactivate my Facebook account and then could not use my Spotify anymore.  When I tried to log in it reactivated my facebook and then all my playlists were gone and my Spotify Premium was no longer active. Please help.  My old user number was 125656838.

If it is just playlists, missing you should be able to restore them here:

If you are having Facebook/account issues, open a support case using the link on the previous page as they will need to work some magic for you.

I have my own Spotify account connected to my Facebook. My friend recently bought me a Spotify premium account (login is mgmanious714) and I tried connecting that new Spotify account to my FB account because I thought my music would carry over --but now I can't log into my Facebook account and I have none of my old music. Is there was a way to recover my facebook account?
