I recently bought a £10 gift card and redeemed the code for 15 song downloads, but my account says I have no downloads. What can I do?

They can just take a little while to come through sometimes. If they don't show up in a few hours (it shouldn't take that long) just get in touch via the contact form and we'll investigate (be sure to include the gift card PIN).
