Hello,
I live in the UK and i gifted a Premium Code I bought online to a friend in Turkey. When she entered the code it says something like.
"Spotify Premium codes can only be used by the receiver in the country you bought the card.”
Really!? How can I get this to work? Will the code even work again? Really confused about this, why the restriction?

Spotify gift cards and premium e-cards are only redeemable in the country in which they are purchased I'm afraid. This is clearly mentioned when you purchase an eCard - it is designed to stop people buying eCards abroad where they can be much cheaper than local subscriptions.
All I can suggest is you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see if they will swap it over to a Turkish code for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Try getting them to change their country to the UK in their account overview.
I imagine it's because of the conversion rates but I honestly don't know.
