So I got onto my account on the computer and set up the 10$ for 3 months, then start charging me the 10$ every month. But I had saw the 4.99$ offer for students, I put my info in and it wouldn't let me. so I went ahead and did the 10$ a month. I checked my PNC account, and spotify charged me the $4.99 and 10$. Getting the 4.99 back isn't a big deal. I just want to be confirmed that I won't be charge the $4.99 and 10$ for each month

The same thing happened to me today as well. Do you know of a customer service number because I kind of want my money back lol

Same here. They suddenly charged 9,99 instead of 4,99 although i recently updated to student again.

I was charged the 4.99 and $10 both. Do you think there is anyway I could get my money back?

I have no idea. I tried to find a number but I can't seem to find one
