My Question or Issue

A friend of mine is unable to create a new account. It is just not working. She tried on many browsers (even in incognito mode) and different computers. Is something broken on your side?

Hey @mazi666 thanks for reaching out to the community with your question.

I know it might sound silly but can you try seeing if he/she already has an account on Spotify and doesn't remember creating it?

If not, can you try seeing if another email address works to makes sure it's not a Spotify issue.

Hmm.. Strange ... The problem was in the birth year... 2007 leads to some strange error. Setting a lower value solved the problem.

Glad you found a solution! Just a FYI in the future you must be at least 13+ or have parent/guardian permission to create a Spotify account.
