O vencimento do meu plano Duo atualizou após a renovação, mas do membro do meu plano não, por que?

Thanks for reaching out. I hope you don't mind me replying in English, since it's the Community's official language. If your subscription was cancelled and then renewed, it's possible that the members of it were removed. I'd recommend that you check if this member is still in your plan here. If not, you can follow these steps to add them again.
