Reset password

Hi Everyone

I have to reset my password every time when I want to login to my account. I use spotify app on windows, an android tv and a phone. If I click on the reset link it will be opened by chrome, I reset the password and I reset the device password too, but I can not login from the apps, and if I sign out I can not login again from the web browser neither. I have registered a new bank card, so my account is premium again, but I can not see my playlists at all and I can not search music neither. It is very frustrating. The only change I have made in my profile is to choose a new country and a new bank card. Has anybody experienced similar?

It sounds like you might have another account. Try following these steps to see if you can log into a different account.

If you do have more than one account, close the Free account(s) following these steps. If you want your tunes transferred to your Premium account before closing the Free account, reach out to us on Twitter.

Hi, I have a problem too. I have a premium account but do not have access to my emails with which I am subscribed. I lost my phone, have a new one but forgot my password.  So, I cannot change my password because I have no access to that email. If I log in through FB, my playlists are not there and I do not have premium. I need to change the email address and password too. Please help me, Thanks
