Reset phone, can't remember my original account info

I had to reset my phone and I hadn't had to sign in to my account since I downloaded originally before I reset my phone. I am a paying customer and need to retrieve my original log in info or cancel the payment for that account. Any solutions

Everytime I try and contact support they ask for my usernane which I do not know and am trying to get from them. I pay for my premium services and would like to listen to my music but it seems there is no way to get them to help without your username.

Make sure to include as much information as possible about the account. They might ask you for bank information to track down the charges.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
