Response time when contacting support regarding deactivating my Facebook account?

Response time when contacting support regarding deactivating my Facebook account?

Hey there.  I deactivated my Facebook account a few days ago.  I created a new spotify account using my same username, and was told I should contact Spotify to have my account and playlists transfered over.  I sent an email yesterday but haven't heard anything other than getting an automated responce.  Does anyone know what the turnaround time is when contacting them?  Thanks in advance!

I'm a paid user with a serious account issue. It took me 24 hours of pestering via these forums, their online web contact form, direct email, twitter (both tweeting them and using a direct message), and Facebook, before I heard ANYTHING back. Since that one response, I have provided them with all of the information they requested in order to help me in a thorough and prompt response.

 

I have yet to hear anything back.

 

If you scan through these forums, you'll find that their customer "support" is severely lacking. There is no live chat, no phone number. Until I had a critical issue, I had no idea. Now that I do, and I am paying for a service I cannot access, I plan on removing my paid subscription posthaste.

Any luck with your account?  I received an email yesterday saying they would gladly help, and I provided info.  I hope its a quick turnaround.  Its unbelievable that this is that much of a pain in the ass...

Hey there! Welcome in the Spotify community!
Support usually replies within 24-48 hours depending on their workload. You should reply to that automated email, even if it's a no-reply. It should bump up your case.
