Restoring password from mobile device

1. I just requested to restore password through my mobile device. I got link send to my email address correctly. Only problem was that it's not possible to click the link and open it with a mobile device. 2. Due to the link issue I planned to contact the support about what to do. Only problem was that I would have needed to be logged on to spotify to be able to do this. Another challenge. Please consider improving the functionality for future for better customer experience.

Were you getting any error messages when opening the link? Also, do you have access to another device you could try using the password reset link with?
