Retrieving lost playlists and songs

I woke up this morning to find all my playlists and saved songs are gone. Don't know what happened. Is there any way to get them back without having to search and redowmlaod everything?

Hey @anna_bella5p!

It sounds like you might be logged into a second account by mistake. We'd recommend logging out, checking your username and password are correct, or if you're with a Facebook-created account, be sure to click 'Log In With Facebook'.

If you are definitely in the correct account, we'd recommend following these steps for recovering playlists. For retrieving the missing songs from Your Library, the folks at @SpotifyCares will be able to offer assistance.

Also, we hope you don't mind us moving your post to the Accounts help board. It didn't seem iOS-specific, so we thought it'd be more relevant here.

If you're noticing this specifically on your iOS device (but your app looks correct on other devices like desktop), it's more likely that it could be the second account idea that we suggested above.
