Returning to Spotify: how do I import my Rdio collection?

Ever since I've heard Spotify revamped its interface, I've decided to come back to Spotify. Problem is that after about a year of using Rdio, I have grown quite a big album collection, and I would like to import it into Spotify without having to do it manually. Has anybody found a soluti

Update on 12/25/15: this didn't work very well for me. However, downloading the program Stamp, which Rdio gives you a link to in their farewell email along with your zip file, worked great. It's fast and easy. Just remember to use the csv files. Also, you'll probably need to pay $6 for the premium, but it's not easy to design a program like that.

Tried this today, link works fine, but when I go to import rdio playlists, it errors out.
