I received Spotify Premium for 6 months through one of your partners, Rogers Communications. I have tried all the suggestions on this forum on how to link the account but it keeps telling me I have a free subscription and not the premium, while my husband who is on my rogers share everything account has had no problems with his premium subscription through rogers. Rogers says it's a Spotify issue as everything looks fine on their end (shows that I have subscribed for 6 months). I have tried to e-mail support but it's an auto-reply that tells me to go here. Please fix this issue. Thank you
If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
Also, you should reach out again to Rogers about this, they should be able to help you with this because they're the one's managing your subscription.
