SEO on my playlist title isn't working

Hey All,

Thanks for solving my last topic but still stuck with one problem.

When you serach on the search results on spotify on my title i'm not popping up or really low. i have a 180k followers playlist and playlist with 2k followers are above me in the search results. i also change the 1 thing in the title every week to announce a new song coming up the friday coming but for some reason it takes 3 days for search results to notice me and it's not putting me as first search result.
