Good night, i send my request for the student discount and i got approved and everything was fine, i paid 2 times and i have not being upgrade yet! i got approved by your third party website... so i have 2 processing payments and still dont have my upgrade and got approved

Hi @Cbellomisle thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

receipts page Hopefully we can get you diving into some music quickly! Could you first try logging out of the app and then reopening it? Also if you could check on your receipts page (You'll have receipts in email or text too) to make sure the payment is coming up at Spotifys side of things that would be really helpful.

Having the same problem but i dont have a receipt of my purchase and its getting me annoyed because i paid thinking it would switch to the premium.
