I leave in Virginia beach a it says it can only be abroad for 14 days but I have never been out of the country

Hey there @Ciairah01 and welcome to the community!

 

That is odd. There is a guide here on how you can change your country settings here.  Also, you should be able to change your country with facebook if that is how you log in in Spotify. However, keep in mind that your devices' IP adress must be in accord with the country you are in, so it's worth a shot to check any equipment changes recently.
