Separating my Spotify from my Facebook

Hi,

I just started using my spotify account after a few years. I'd like to stop having to sign in with my facebook credentials, and would like to completely disassociate the two accounts while still being able to use the same email I have alwasys used. Does anyone know how do to this? Thank you

We'd recommend getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle about this. We'll be able to help you out further and take a look under the hood.

We should be able to close the old Facebook-created account and move any playlists, saved music, and followers over to a new account with the same email address, to avoid confusion.
