I have been attempting to resolve an issue with broken songs and playback on my iPhone 4S since early August and still have not resolved the issue. I have been a loyal premium customer for 2+ years and I am probably going to cancel the subscription now =(

I love the service when it works, but not having an avenue to solve the problem is unacceptable. I tried the normal form to contact customer service. I have had delays of 2-4 days (or more) from every response, and they always seem clueless. The suggestions are basically to uninstall/reinstall every time, which I have done, to no avail. It's like they don't even reference the actual problems.
can someone please help or do I need to just give up? It's a bummer, but I might be forced to hop to amazon or google or another service that actually respects its customers.
sad and frustrating. Please help

What's a Spotify Rock Star, and how do I become one?
I hope so as well. This is killing me. Love my spotify, but having it not work for the month of August is pushing me over the edge.
do you know how to get a response from someone that will actually address your issues in less than 3-4 days? seems kind of ridiuculous.

I was notified that "You have received a private message in the Spotify Community!"
When i logon it says that there are no messages.
can someone please help me. i don't want to give up on Spotify but I'm losing my patience trying to sort through these glitches.
This is for my same post above (copied below), although it's now showing my as a different username. WTF?
Is there just some way to engage with a real human to address my issues. I don't want to see years and years of music organization disapear, but this is ridiculous.

why doesn't spotify help its customers, especially long-standing loyal ones, with technical issues caused by their app?

Unfortunately, get used to it. Spotify simply does not care. In their defense, they have resolved every issue I have had with them. However, it takes about one month and the issues are at LEAST monthly (usually based on their trying to be "too cute" with their app). They do NOT care about customers. Make no mistake about that.
