Several log in issues

Hey there!

I have the following problems. Recently I had to change my Facebook password due to security reasons. My facebook was linked to spotify. Ever since I cant log in in the app. Not the desktop version, nor the android version. I tried several things already. Change my password back, removing spotify from my apps and give it permission again. Nothing worked. 

So I saw an article about how you can create a new profile, and transfer everything from the Facebook account to the new account. So I tried and created a new account. Only to be disapointed that again, I can't log in. I get the same error code ''Error code 3'' as when I log in with Facebook. 

So I thought, ''Maybe my Firewall has something to do with it'' So i disabled my anti virus to try again, and yet again the same error messages appear on both profiles. 

I have not the slightest clue on what to do anymore, this is going for at least 2 weeks now, two weeks I can't use my subscription. 

I really hope someone can help me because I am all out of options now.

Hey @BattlePro3,

Follow this to get a device password:

1. Go to Facebook settings.
2. Select Security.
3. Select App Passwords. 
4. Click Generate App Password. 
5. Enter your current Facebook password and click Submit.
6. Enter Spotify, and Facebook will automatically generate a password for you.

You can use it, with your Facebook email address as username, to log into Spotify directly on any device.
