I've got a short and simple question. Is it illegal to share an account by using the same user profile on different devices?

Hey and thanks for reaching out to the community. It is not illegal to share an account on Spotify, but if you both try playing music at the same time, it will cut one another off and will only play it on one device. Let me know if you have any other questions. Jack 🙂
