Signed up for spotify family but still charged for individual subscriptions

Signed up for spotify family but still charged for individual subscriptions

Hi there,

I have signed up for spotify family but the members of my family are still charged for their individual premiums.

 

Kindly rectify this problem and refund the double charged individual premiums.

Hi,

 

I have checked the account linked to your Community account but it is only being charged for the Family Plan.  Could you please email the support team via this link and ask them to look into this? 

 

Please let me know your case number and I will chase it up for you.

The same thing is happening to me, however, i dont know how to contact spotify to get reimbursed for the 2 months of being overcharged, twice for my hubby and once for my son.
