I started using Spotify in 2012 and I did the simple "log in with Facebook" one click option. Well, it had the "remember me" option and I have been using that for the past 3 years. I wanted to cancel my premium subscription and got through all of the steps except the "verify cancellation with Facebook" one because I have not used that Facebook account in years and no longer remember the log in information I used when I created it. Is there any other way that I can resolve this issue? Now I can't get back into my Spotify account because I don't know the log in info and I do not want to be charged $10 a month for something I 1) do not want and 2. cannot even access. Please help. I will never use the "log in with Facebook" option for anything else ever again because this is frustrating.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. If you are unable to login, then use the alternative form.
If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have more or less the same problem since I have shut down my Facebook. I do not want Facebook! I am paying for something I can't even use! I do not know what to do!
