Signing Up for 3 Months - Postal Code Issue

Signing Up for 3 Months - Postal Code Issue

Hey, wanting a response from Spotify staff here.   I'm trying to finally sign up for the premium service (want to get that 3 months for $0.99, but when I enter my payment information, it keeps telling me to enter a valid postal code.  I'm in Canada, on the Canada website, but no matter what, it won't accept my proper postal code.  I've tried it with capitals, lower case, and even tried my previous postal code, and none of them are accepted as valid.

 

Help, here, please.  I actually DO want this service.

Before I'm going to escalate your message to a Spotify employee, could you please try the following?

  • Clear your browser's cache and cookies, and try it again.
  • User the incognito/private more of your browser and try it again.
  • User another browser or even another device, and try it again.

Please let me know if that doesn't work so I can ask someone to look into this.
