Singtel Spotify Premium

Singtel Spotify Premium

Hi, I signed up for Spotify Premium through my mobile service provider (Singtel) and was given an activation link to link Spotify to Singtel. However, I am stuck at that page and can't activate Spotify Premium although I've already subscribed to that plan via Singtel. Anybody had similar problems??

 

Attached screenshot of the page that I'm stuck at. Clicked "okay" multiple times but nothing is happening although Singtel says I am now subscribed to Spotify Premium.

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help. 

 

In this case, we recommend using a different device. Also, you can sign up from a different browser or, an incognito window. 

 

If that doesn't work, please reach out again to Singtel for further information.

I'm using Singtel Spotify Premium as well, but when i login to my exisiting Spotify account it shows Free instead of Premium. Kindly help to assist.

Hi Sophia,

 

I'm having the same issue and I've tried your methods but nothing has worked. I've contacted Singtel and they said I need to ask Spotify to unsubscribe me from my account? I don't have an existing premium account but have subscribed to a trial before i cancelled it. Is there a chance I am still linked somehow and that is blocking me from activating this Singtel spotify link?
