Someone else accesses my account

Hello everyone. About 1 month ago I discovered that someone else was using my Spotify account. He changes my playlists, changes the songs I'm currently listening to and is still counting as one of the 3 possible devices used to download the songs. I already carry out the shutdown of all the devices, as the Spotify suggests, I changed the password, but the person anyway can still access my account. Does anyone know how I should proceed?
