Hi there,
I've used my Spotify on a few laptops that haven't been my own, but have always signed out (to my knowledge). Lately, I've had my sessions paused due to signing in elsewhere, and have noticed random starred tracks in my account. I've just changed my password, but is there anything you can do to help?

Hi kanika_91 - Currently no one's logged into your account. I recommend a quick password reset to avoid any future hassel: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
My iphone was stolen yesterday, and I can see on spotify social that they have been listening to music. Is there anyway I can stop them using my spotify account?

My fiance and I have broken it off and she has continue to use my spotify account. We are not on speaking terms and I would love for her to be kicked off my account. I changed my password, but hasnt seemed to kick her off 😕

Sorry to hear that, I've disconnected all active users on the account now.
I have had the same issue with my ex using my Spotify account. I have changed the password on the account however she is still accessing it from her cell phone. Can you please cancel all active sessions on my account? Thanks in advance.
I appriecate the help, but all it did was kick me off my computer account. It hasnt kicked me off my iphone which is what she is using too. So I can only assume she is still able to get on it too

chefnerd - are you sure? I'm no longer seeing you longed in anywhere?
Is your phone logged in offline perhaps? That might explain this, as we can't log you out if you're logged in but offline.

First I want to be sure you know you've got two accounts with us. One is 'eriklestrange' while the other is linked to your Facebook.
