Someone else is using my Spotify account

Hi there,

I've used my Spotify on a few laptops that haven't been my own, but have always signed out (to my knowledge). Lately, I've had my sessions paused due to signing in elsewhere, and have noticed random starred tracks in my account. I've just changed my password, but is there anything you can do to help?

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the spotify client?

i got a mail from spotify how to fix it, but problem is NOT solved... i don`t know why...

Dickvandelae & Lykketrollet75 - I've just disconnected all users from your accounts. This will log everyone out.

I'd also suggest a change of password here, just in case. You can do so here: http://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

Hi Kameronfountain - Currently no one else is logged into your account. 

You should be able to log into Spotify with your FB log in details no problem. I recommend changing your Facebook/ email password if you're worried about security.

Hi Cheavy - Currently no one's signed into your account. However, I should note that you've made two accounts with us at this time. One is your 'cheavy' account while the other is linked to Facebook.

Hi, I think someone else is using my Spotify (my top artists have gone all funny). Can you, a) see who is logged into my Spotify (if so, can you tell me - I want to know why my top artists have changed) and b) Reset my Spotify logins.

Hi MattTennison - While I can't tell you who was logged into your account, I can assure you everyone is logged off now. 

I recommend heading over to Facebook to update your password just to be safe.
