Someone else is using my account on their phone

I let an someone use my account in the past but they have kept it logged in on their phone by the app. They keep deleting my songs and playlists. I've changed the passwords. Can I somehow log them out of their device?

I can see you have already posted on the official logouts topic, don't worry a member of the community team will be able to boot them off for you.
