Someone else is using my spotify.

Someone else somehow is using my spotify account. I have no idea who it is, the device appears to be a phone with the device name as "**bleep**." I have used the "sign out of everywhere" button. I log in using facebook, so I reset my Facebook password. Nothing worked. I am getting upset because they are adding play lists and playing music I wouldn't listen to, which messes with my generated play lists and likes.

Is there a way to block a device? 

Or is there something else I can do?
