Someone else using my account

I've noticed that someone else has recently been using my account on spotify and have tried everything to remove them. They have been listening on chrome cast and have it connected to their living room. I have removed all devices linked to my account, changed my password and have went on and signed out of all devices, several times, but this device keeps being linked and this person is still able to use my account. I'm so frustated at this stage and would just like some help with stopping this.
