Someone is using my account

Someone is using my account. It switches me while listening to music. He changed my email address and I can not change the password. I can log in via Facebook but I do not know what to do next. How do I change an email without knowing the current assword?

If you believe that someone has access to your account, go to your settings tab and select Sign Out Everywhere to log them out of your account and change your password at https://www.spotify.com/us/account/overview/. If you are signed in to your account you should be able to change the password without an email.
