Someone is using my money

An ex girlfriend stole my debit card information and is buying monthly subscriptions to this website. I want to cancel the subscription but do not have the information to the account she started. How do I cancel this?

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can help you find the account that was using your payment details, and stop those charges.

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
