Someone is using my spotify even though I have signed out of all devices and changed my password

Hey, 

My spotify account keeps getting paused with a message saying 'Spotify has been paused because your account is being used somewhere else'. 

No one else uses my account and I have logged out of all devices and changed my password on facebook for logging in and STILL this message is coming up. 

Have thought about deleting my account and starting again but done want to loose my playlists!!! 

Help please!!!

Ive just been reading thread after thread in regards to this same problem I am having and all the answers I am getting is that you guys never get back to anyone...can I please talk to a real person or even get an email address for some customer support???

If I dont hear back from anyone Im cancelling my account and going elsewhere this is rediculous....
