Someone's hacking my Spotify account

Someone keeps using my account. I'm logged in through Facebook and have changed me Facebook password, my email password, and my iTunes password. I've also logged out of all devices on Spotify yet someone I don't know keeps using it. It also appears like it's a new person every time based off the screen name that pops up saying another device is using it. They keep adding new playlist to my account that I keep having to delete. It's getting ridiculous and I don't know what else to do. Pleas help! I'm getting hacked somehow!

This is just so annoying ı have the same problem here. Sent a message to the support team but still have no answer...ı have done a virus and malware scan, changed my facebook password and log out all the devices from spotify. I will wait a few more days than ı will delete my account and cancel the subcription.
