My Question or Issue

While in my car the other day with some friends, Spotify kept changing songs. I would change back to my playlist but a few seconds later the song would change. It seemed like someone else was trying to use my account at the same time as me. I looked under connected devices and Chrome Web Player was active.

Since my account is connected with Facebook, I have changed my Facebook password and logged out of all Facebook/Spotify sessions.

Since I have done this, I went to sleep and woke up to find the same songs appear at the top of recently played. Image is attached, the only playlist being mine in the screenshot is the "work" playlist which should be at the very top since I listened to it a few hours before hand. The others are not me and seeing that they are at the top it seems like someone has been listening on my account since I went to bed.

What can I do about this? It seems like a new password and log out wasn't enough.

Edit: So as I'm writing this, music just started playing on my PC. Is my account compromised?
