Someone using my spotify

So i just linked my account to discord and im seeing that someone is using my spotify. i only noticed because it says im using spotify when im on discord when im not. ive done the forced log off thing but it still says someone is using it. its a mobile deivce named "No data at your big age smh" i know random as **bleep** name

If you can change your password as fast as possible. If not possible, recover the password via E-mail.  And change your password on your mail/facebook account.  and then try to  

1. Go to your account page.
2. Click sign out everywhere
