Someones using my spotify without my permission!

I woke up this morning and realised there were a bunch of songs and playlists added to my accounts library. I deleted them all thinking it could eb a mistake, but right know I was listening to my music and then it stopped. When I went to check it up there was another song apparently playing in 'Kinas Iphone' I dont know who that is and how that person got my account. I changed my password and logged out of all devices, so I dont know how to fix this, so please help me, that person is using my account without my permission and trying to get away with it, I'm paying for a service I thought was secured.
