Song not available in my country

I noticed some songs from a U.K. Band called " rat boy " isn't showing up on my Spotify. I'm from the US and most songs from them are shown. But my friend from the U.K. Is able to listen to all of their songs with no problem. The song in particular is " wasteman " and " fake I'd " by RAT BOY. those don't show up on my Spotify but on others from the U.K. Or Ireland do. How can I solve this problem ?
