Songs and Artists not loading

As title says. I had premier for a while but spotify started taking ages to load.
I would scroll threw my list and artist profile pictures would not load and then the list would freeze. After maybe 15seconds it would unfreeze but no pictures.
When I pick a song it takes maybe 15seconds at the shortest to load up before playing as well. When hitting next song after maybe 3songs played. It will freeze again before loading.

Anyone else having this issue?
I canceled my subscription due to it.

What device, operating system, and Spotify version is this happening on? Is it happening on WiFi or mobile data?
