Sorted eventually. Reaffirmed my dislike for apple products too 😛

Ah okay, no problems.

Well a little information in case the issue pops up again and this can be of use to anyone.

My spotify application (PC) was displaying my fathers name in the top right corner of the application rather than my own. 

The reason for this was I logged into the spotify app using my account information on my fathers Iphone.

The issue was that somewhere along the line, the spotify app took the information from my father's facebook page, chaging my name & display picture in spotify to my fathers from his facebook.

To resolve the issue, we logged my father out of facebook and logged myself in. After this I then logged out of spotify and then back in using my own account details, this then updated my Name & Display picture on my computer spotify application upon relogging.

I then just logged out of facebook and spotify from my fathers iphone so that he could then go back to his own facebook/spotify accounts and all was well again 🙂

This is yet another reason why Spotify should offer the ability to use the service without Facebook.

There is an unofficial way by deleting the Facebook account, but not everyone may wish to go to that extreme.

Is there another way to fix this issue? A friend appears on my profile and I would love a fix as I don't ever see this friend any longer.
