Sou premium e continuo com propagandas

Olá!

Sou assinante premium mas, por algum motivo, continuo com propagandas durante a reprodução. 

Consigo ouvir offline, passar músicas e todas as demais funções normalmente.

Os outros membros do mesmo pacote (premium family) não têm o mesmo problema.

Como conserto?

Sou assinante Premium Individual e pago regularmente.  Ontem passei o dia ouvindo Spotify como assinante Premium.

Hoje, estou como Spotify Free.  Não entendo.  O que devo fazer???
