Spotfity Gift Card - Unredeemable?

I bought a gift card for 10$ and I entered the code as it read on the card into the redeem area and I was given this response: "Unfortunately this Premium code does not seem to be valid. Try again or contact customer service."

I entered the code in every possible way, changing 'i' to 1 or 'O' to 0. Yet, it still wouldn't read. 

I contacted the help service via email, but that was absolutely no help. I checked through forums, and again, no help. There's no phone number to contact Spotify for help, so I'm feeling a tad bit frustrated.

Can anyone help???

Are you still having issues redeeming the code? If so, can you let us know if the gift card was purchased in a different country from the one your account is set to? Also, are you currently subscribed to any of our discounted subscriptions e.g. Spotify Family, Student Discount?
