Spotify 12 months thanks to Vodafone

Hello,

I've just activated a new number with Vodafone Italy that allows me to take advantage of 12 months spotify premium.

My problem is that the vodafone promotion ends on January 15 while my subscription to spotify premium expires on 26.

How can I take advantage of the vodafone promotion before january 15?

Can I renew before the end of the premium subscription?

Or can I delete the account before the end of the premium and redo a new one with the vodafone promotion?

Cancel your Premium subscription so it does not auto-renew and then take advantage of your Vodafone sub.

Thank you for your answer. I have already cancelled my Premium Subscription which will end on January 26. Until that date it seems that I can't renew with Vodafone. Unfortunately the Vodafone Promo is only available until Jan 15, so I can't wait the end of my Premium subscription.
I've found on justdelete.me this link https://support.spotify.com/it/close/.
Can i completely delete my account from there and then make a new one with Vodafone?
