Spotify Account Disabled

Hey my name is david and my account username is david_nebula. this morning i recived a emial from spotify saying that my account had been disabled because of a payment refund. This was a surprise because i authorized no such action from my cfedit card company. so i called them and for some reason they cancelled it, i have have no idea why. I sent the payment back though but my account is still disabled. My order ID is 378198680107071. If you could please help that would be great. thank you
