Spotify Account sharing

Hi, I share a Premium account with my Son (well I use it occasionally!), I have some friends coming round at the weekend and I have compiled a playlist to listen to. Im worried that my Son at Uni will use Spotify and my music will stop as the account is in his name (even tho I pay!). Is there anyway around this, I have made it available offline if that will help?

Hi!

That's not possible. Spotify can only be running on one device at a time. I really recommend you to try out Spotify Family though. Right now there's a special offer. Spotify Family is for you + 3 family members for 9.99$ the first 3 months. Read more about it here: https://www.spotify.com/us/family/

Now you can all have separate accounts (and pay the same as you do now for the first 3 months).

Hello and welcome in the community!
Apart from getting a Spotify Family, it's gonna be tricky if your son decides to use Spotify simultaneously. Turning your client offline should be ok though.
