Spotify Did not give my money

I have a spotify accout ''fyodormihaylovicc''. i used spotify campaign for three months. Than spotify automaticly paid from my card. Than i ask to support of spotify turkey. after 1 day, they cancelled my new premium, and they did not give my money back. if they wouldnt give back, why they did not cancel my premium? Turkey Spotify suppor never feedback, they are not responsible and thieves...  Also they renew my premium i wish not that, they cancel 2 days after and didnt give back my money.

How long did you wait before checking for your refund?

These things usually take some times. Give it 6-7 working days and check again. If you haven't received a refund you'll need to contact spotify staff directly through this link
