can you please check your Subscription page to see if you both are really in a Family Plan?
Could you please try reinstalling your apps?
Be sure to restart your device after doing this.
That seems to be working now, thank-you. However if i am playing Spotify through Sonos at home and say my wife plays spotify in her car, then it will pause and say the account is being used somewhere else. How can I fix this?
